Responsibilities:
1. Develop and implement business expansion strategies, including but not limited to
partner identification, evaluation, and negotiation. 2. Manage and lead the BD and KA teams, ensuring team members achieve their
business targets. 3. Establish and maintain strong relationships with potential partners, such as
exchanges, blockchain projects, and marketing agencies. 4. Analyze market trends and competitive dynamics to adapt business development
strategies as needed. 5. Collaborate closely with internal teams (e.g., marketing, product, and tech teams)
to ensure smooth project implementation. 6. Prepare and submit detailed business development and market analysis reports. Requirements:
1. Minimum of 3 years’ experience in business development, with preference for
experience in fintech. 2. Excellent communication and negotiation skills, capable of building strong working
relationships with individuals from diverse backgrounds. 3. Deep understanding and enthusiasm for the blockchain industry. 4. Strong team management and leadership skills, with the ability to motivate team
members to achieve high standards of performance. 5. Exceptional analytical skills, able to interpret market information swiftly and
accurately. 6. Adaptability to a rapidly changing environment and capability in complex
problem-solving. 7. Proficiency in spoken and written English; additional language skills are a plus
