Key Responsibilities:
1、Risk Management Strategy: Develop and implement a robust portfolio margin system and risk management framework that aligns with the exchange’s strategic objectives.
2、Risk Assessment: Conduct regular risk assessments and scenario analyses to identify potential threats and vulnerabilities.
3、Operational Risk Management: Oversee operational risk management processes, including business continuity and disaster recovery planning.
4、Financial Risk Management: Manage financial risks, including market, credit, and liquidity risks.
5、Risk Reporting: Provide regular risk reports to the executive team.
6、Risk Culture: Foster a risk-aware culture throughout the organization by providing training and awareness programs.
7、Incident Management: Lead the response to significant risk incidents and ensure timely and effective resolution.
Qualifications:
1、Experience: Minimum of 8 years of experience in risk management, with at least 3 years from top tier cryptocurrency exchanges.
2、Education: Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Risk Management, Business Administration, or a related field. Advanced degrees (e.g., MBA, FRM) are a plus.
