Qualification:
-OS Linux Command, Shell scripting capability
-Familiar with K8S, Docker, container operation and configuration.
-Experienced in Application software deployment package, configuration settings.
-Understanding of Application Integration (between multiple systems) and API testing.
-Experience with configuring monitoring software such as Prometheus and Grafana.
-Understanding of Network related technology and settings such as IP, DNS, Firewall, SSL
-Automated application monitoring/maintenance scripting
-Device and Hardware Server installation and monitoring
-Ticketing tools and Incident Regular reporting capability
-Smart and Quick Troubleshooting Capability is must have.
-Open and be flexible on working hours
-Good personality with willing to help
-Good communication skills, have experience with customer facing jobs
-Language : Professional Chinese and Professional English
-1-3 years relevant experience
Responsibility:
-On-site Application Incident support and trouble-shooting with customer support team along with backend product team
-Routing service request and application support request
-Routing application proactive maintenance with Prometheus
-Automated application maintenance via scripting language
-Periodically SLA and incident status reporting
-Application deployment and configuration
-Hardware deployment and configuration
