What you’ll do
1. Performance Management & Target Achievement
Fully responsible for achieving the team’s overall performance metrics (e.g., trading volume/value, number of new clients, commission revenue, customer satisfaction, etc.)
Monitor key business data, conduct in-depth analysis, promptly identify issues, and develop improvement measures
Optimize business processes and sales strategies to enhance per capita productivity and operational efficiency
2. Strategic Planning & Business Development
Develop and execute the broker team’s mid- to long-term business strategy, quarterly business plans, and OKR breakdowns, ensuring alignment with the company’s overall strategy
Conduct in-depth analysis of market dynamics, industry trends, and competitors to identify opportunities and expand new business channels and client resources
Drive the implementation of innovative business models and products/services to strengthen the team’s market competitiveness
3. Client Relationship & Service Quality
Ensure the delivery of professional, efficient, and compliant customer service to improve customer satisfaction and loyalty
Handle major client complaints and complex issues to maintain the company’s brand reputation
4. Cross-Department Collaboration
Work closely with product, risk control, compliance, spot/derivatives business, technology, and marketing teams to ensure smooth business operations and drive cross-functional project execution
Effectively coordinate resources and resolve obstacles encountered during business development

Bachelor’s degree or above; majors in finance, economics, management, marketing, or related fields preferred
Fluent in both Chinese and English; additional languages are a plus
Solid understanding with at least 3+ years of experience in institutional operations at an exchange
