Establish and maintain strong relationships with potential partners, such as<br>exchanges, blockchain projects, and marketing agencies. 4. Analyze market trends and competitive dynamics to adapt business development<br>strategies as needed. 5. Collaborate closely with internal teams (e.g., marketing, product, and tech teams)<br>to ensure smooth project implementation. 6. Prepare and submit detailed business development and market analysis reports. Requirements:<br>1. Minimum of 3 years&#8217; experience in business development, with preference for<br>experience in fintech. 2. Excellent communication and negotiation skills, capable of building strong working<br>relationships with individuals from diverse backgrounds. 3. Deep understanding and enthusiasm for the blockchain industry. 4. Strong team management and leadership skills, with the ability to motivate team<br>members to achieve high standards of performance. 5. Exceptional analytical skills, able to interpret market information swiftly and<br>accurately. 6. Adaptability to a rapidly changing environment and capability in complex<br>problem-solving. 7.
