About the Role:
As a Growth Marketing Specialist, you’ll play a pivotal role in our brand’s expansion within the Web3 sector. Your main objectives will be to design and implement strategic online campaigns and offline events, manage both off-chain and on-chain metrics, and drive our ecosystem initiatives through effective branding and messaging. This position demands a creative approach, strong communication skills in both English and Mandarin, and a data-driven mindset.

Responsibilities:<\/strong>
– Design and execute online campaigns and offline events aimed at driving user acquisition and platform adoption.
– Manage off-chain and on-chain metrics to measure the success of marketing initiatives.
– Focus on branding and messaging to launch and amplify eco initiatives.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop integrated marketing strategies.
– Track and report on key performance metrics, including user growth and engagement.

Basic Qualifications:<\/strong>
– Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
– 5+ years of experience in marketing, with a focus on user growth and brand development.
– Experience working in the Web3 space, with a deep understanding of blockchain and AI technologies.
– Excellent verbal and written communication skills in both English and Mandarin.
