Responsibility
Operate the control room: conduct 24/7 svstemmonitoring and regular system health check to identifyrisks & vulnerabilities
For any identified issues, work with the OSO team todevelop and implement effective solution
Derive operational & strategic insights via businessanalytics
Regularly report progress and operation status, anddiscuss any issue that arises
Other responsibilities related to control room operation
Qualification
Relevant experience: 2 years and above
Bachelor’s or diploma degree in Computer Engineering orElectrical Engineering, or a related field
Has operated large district control rooms
Good understanding of Al and Data science
Good understanding of IT system and the system operationsExcellent communication skills in English and Arabic
